In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 By registering a bunos365 account, by clicking any "I Agree," "Register," or "Continue" button on the Platform, or by accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of access to and use of the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device or application.

2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close any Account held with bunos365. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

2.4 bunos365 reserves the right to require that Players re-confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time, including upon login or prior to accessing specific Platform features.

3.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with the regulations of PAGCOR. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bunos365 conducts identity and age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one bunos365 Account. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. bunos365 reserves the right to close all Accounts associated with the same individual and to void any winnings or pending withdrawals where duplicate accounts are identified.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, residential address, and a functional email address. Players must promptly update their registration information in the event of any change.

3.4 Identity Verification. bunos365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card (PhilSys, UMID, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The Platform is intended for Players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their email address or mobile number and password. Players must not share their credentials with any third party. bunos365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. Players must notify bunos365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected security breach of, their Account. bunos365 may suspend an Account pending investigation upon notification or internal detection of a suspected breach.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting bunos365 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method after any applicable pending wagering requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. bunos365 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of a reasonable amount per month to inactive accounts after providing written notice to the Player's registered contact details. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in.

5.1 All deposits to a bunos365 Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. bunos365 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits received from a payment method not matching the Player's verified identity may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are published on the deposit page of the Platform.

5.3 Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to, GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. bunos365 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Real Money Balance immediately or within the processing time displayed at the time of deposit, subject to the relevant payment provider's processing timelines. bunos365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.5 All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Foreign currency transactions may be subject to conversion by the relevant payment provider.

6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name. bunos365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or anonymous payment instruments.

6.2 Before processing a withdrawal, bunos365 may require completion of identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and — in circumstances where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations — documentation evidencing the source of funds.

6.3 Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows (approximate and subject to payment provider availability): GCash withdrawals are processed within the same business day for fully verified Accounts; bank transfer withdrawals to Philippine banks are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. Card withdrawals may take three (3) to five (5) business days to reflect in the Player's card account.

6.4 Only the Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.

6.5 bunos365 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks and to delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or account security concerns are identified. In such cases, bunos365 will notify the Player as soon as reasonably practicable.

7.1 bunos365 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

7.2 Where a bonus or promotional offer includes wagering requirements, the Player must satisfy those requirements in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that bunos365 reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account subject to review and possible closure.

7.4 bunos365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including any ongoing promotion, where it determines that such modification is necessary to prevent abuse or for operational reasons. Prior notice will be given where reasonably practicable.

7.5 Bonus Funds credited in error will be reversed by bunos365. If Bonus Funds credited in error have been wagered, bunos365 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such erroneous credits.

8.1 All games and betting activities on the bunos365 Platform are governed by the rules applicable to each individual game or sport, as published within the relevant game or betting interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.2 Once a bet or wager has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation has been provided to the Player, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a cancellation option is explicitly provided by the applicable game rules.

8.3 bunos365 employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its digital casino games, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Live Dealer game outcomes are determined by physical action conducted by professional dealers and are not subject to software-based outcome manipulation.

8.4 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or other system error during an active game session, bunos365 will use best efforts to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable game rules. Where a game round cannot be completed, wagers will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. bunos365 is not liable for any losses alleged to have resulted from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.5 bunos365 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, placed using erroneous odds published due to a system error, or placed using funds deposited or credited in error. Players should not knowingly exploit pricing or crediting errors and must report any suspected errors to bunos365 support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bunos365 Platform:

1. Opening or operating more than one bunos365 Account, whether in the same name or through use of different identifying information.
2. Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to access, navigate, or place bets on the Platform.
3. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain where the Player knows or should reasonably know that the configuration is erroneous.
4. Collusion with other Players or with any third party to defraud bunos365 or to gain an unfair advantage over other Players.
5. Any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law, including the use of the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of crime.
6. Using payment methods that do not belong to the Player, including stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments.
7. Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with bunos365 support.
8. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask one's location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
9. Any conduct that bunos365 reasonably determines is intended to defraud the Platform or other Players, damage the reputation of bunos365, or otherwise abuse the Platform and its services.

10.1 bunos365 is committed to responsible gaming and to the protection of vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all account holders, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting bunos365 customer support at any time. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of thirty (30), sixty (60), and ninety (90) days, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and the Player will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the period expires.

10.3 The bunos365 Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Players are strongly advised to:

• Set personal deposit and loss limits before commencing gaming sessions.
• Gamble only with funds they can afford to lose entirely.
• Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• Take regular breaks and monitor total time and money spent on the Platform.
• Seek professional help immediately if they believe they may have a problem with gambling.

10.4 bunos365 enforces the 21+ age requirement and cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming mandates. Players who are concerned about gambling-related harm — whether for themselves or for someone they know — are encouraged to contact bunos365 support for immediate assistance and referral to appropriate resources.

11.1 All content on the bunos365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software code, sound files, and any other material, is the intellectual property of bunos365 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11.3 Players must not scrape, crawl, index, or otherwise systematically access Platform content using automated means without the prior written consent of bunos365. Unauthorised commercial use of any bunos365 intellectual property is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bunos365 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

12.2 bunos365's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by the Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 bunos365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bunos365's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.1 bunos365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; engagement in prohibited activities; failure to complete identity or age verification; suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; regulatory requirements; or at the direction of PAGCOR or another competent authority.

13.2 Upon Account closure by bunos365, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player using the Player's verified withdrawal method, minus any amounts subject to investigation, legal hold, or regulatory instruction. Bonus Funds will be forfeited on Account closure.

13.3 Where bunos365 closes an Account on the basis of proven prohibited conduct, including fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering, bunos365 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance and to refer the matter to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the bunos365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.2 Players who have a complaint or dispute arising from their use of the bunos365 Platform are encouraged to contact bunos365 customer support in the first instance. bunos365 will use best efforts to resolve the complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14.3 Where a complaint remains unresolved after bunos365's internal resolution process, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism. bunos365 cooperates fully with PAGCOR complaint investigations.

15.1 bunos365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bunos365 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the Player's registered address. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not accept the revised terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with its effective date, will always be accessible on the bunos365 Platform at bunos365.org/terms-conditions.

16.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with all documents incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and bunos365 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver. bunos365's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, and shall not prevent bunos365 from enforcing that right or provision in the future.

16.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
